We fully restored this beautiful exterior door and trim. The door was custom made about 25 years ago by a family member and still had the original finish (pretty great condition considering). The bottom half of the door’s finish had started to fail and the sun had begun to wreak havoc on the original color. We decided to bring it all down to the bare wood, stain to match the original color as well as the color of the porch ceiling, and seal with an exterior finish. Here are some photos of the job.
